The Government of Mozambique and the 19 providers of budget support signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This reconfirms an effective partnership of ten years. In 2009 the Government of Mozambique receives assistance of $485 million from the 19 development partners in the form of direct support to the country’s budget. Norway provides NOK 160 million.
