The visa section will be closed in the abovementioned period. The Embassy wishes to remind the applicants about the general rule about submitting a visa application a minimum of 15 days before travel, but asks the applicants that plan to travel in this period to submit the applications as early as possible so that they can be processed before the 24th of May. Globalskolen er et avgiftsfritt undervisningstilbud i norsk, samfunnsfag og RLE for elever i grunn-skolealder bosatt i utlandet. Undervisningen skjer via Internett gjennom læringsplattformen PedIt og er ukeplanbasert. Tilbudet er skreddersydd for familier som ønsker å holde kontakten med Norge og norsk skole.

An agreement for a new phase of support to SAPP (the Southern African Power Pool) has been signed between the Embassy in Maputo and SAPP. The program will particularly focus on strengthening of regional power trade through the SAPP Day Ahead Market, established in 2010. The ultimate goal is that SAPP through the operation of the DAM and other markets shall become financially self-sustainable.
