The Embassy will also host a reception with an exhibition on 30 years of cooperation. The same evening the grand Umoja New Years Concert takes place at the Praça da Independencia outside the Cultural Centre. Umoja is a cultural exchangeprogramme for young artist from Southern Africa and Norway, and the concert will be broadcasted to several African countries.
